Cambo shows MFC-3 Follow Focus prototype at BVE 2012

15th February 2012, Cambo shows the new MFC-3 Follow Focus at BVE 2012.
The MFC-3 is a single rail follow focus unit which is more compact and flexible
than other units available on the market today.
It can be adjusted into different positions to suit the size of lens mounted to the
camera and has easier access to the locking mechanism. This is ideal for when you
need to change lenses.
The follow focus is suitable for 15mm rails systems, is compatible with any lens
with a geared mechanism or with a lens gear strap. The Gear and lens strap comes complete with the MFC-3.
Included with the MFC-3 is the ‘new’ Flexible Gear-ring which has adjustable stops
which enables you to set the follow focus to stop at the closest focus distance
and infinity.
Additional accessories are available; Drive Gears m0.8×36, m0.6×48, m0.5×60 and for
Canon XL/32. Star Knob and Flexible whip attachment for fast and accurate focus control.
Priced at €699.00, around £599.00 plus VAT. Pre-orders are being taken and delivery is expected March 2012.
