Cambo will have a wide range of equipment to show. Large format systems such as the Ultima 23 and the Wide RS/DS for architectural and landscape photographers. We will be on hand to advise which lenses to use for you application and digital back configurations.
We will be shooting live using the Cambo X2Pro and Mamiya Leaf Aptus-II 12. This unique technical camera allows you to apply movement as you would on a 4×5 camera. Not only is it compatible with Leaf and Phase One digital backs but also Canon, Nikon and Sony HDSLR systems. Demonstrations will run through the day. Product link.
For archivists we will have the Cambo RPS Digital archive system. A modular reproduction system including a motorised column, baseboard and levelling head. We will show the REPRO45 camera system with digital lens shutter controllers with Mamiya Leaf digital camera backs. Product link.
There will be a range of CS-Video rigs for you to try. You can tryout the new prototype MFC-3 follow focus with the CS-Eris rig and with a Nikon DSLR. Bring your camera and we can show you the best configuration for the way you want to work. The CS-Video rigs are modular and can be used with any DSLR and Video camera system. Product link.
Cambo are famous for high quality studio and video stands. We will have the Monostand, VPS-1 Video Pedestal and V-5 boom. The VPS-1 can be configured with wheels or converted for use with the Cambo Video Unitrack. Since we blogged the V-5 on Vimeo we have continued to sell out of this product. You will find the Cambo CS-Eris video rig on the Nikon stand, ready to shoot with the ‘New’ Nikon D4. The same rig can also be used with the Nikon D800. Nikon can be found in Hall 9 stand D40.
